Question about General Engineering @Kings

Applying to General Engineering at King's College London. Deciding between BEng and MEng

On the main course page for General Engineering MEng (course code: H101), it states that the 4-year integrated masters degree will result in graduates "fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer." However, this is only available from 2020 to 2028, so I am assuming that if I were to enrol onto the course in 2025 and graduate in 2029, I will not be eligible???

Personally, I don't think it makes any sense to apply to MEng anymore, but I might be missing something. Accreditations can be renewed, right?? I dont know how it works...

Accreditations requires to be renewed, so the university can't guarantee at this stage that after the accreditation runs out it'll be reaccredited. However, given that virtually all BEng and MEng courses are accredited, it's reasonably safe to assume that the course will be reaccredited.
