Taking A level law as an extra

Has anyone taken A level law at open college this late into year 12? I’m wondering if it will be manageable alongside the other 3 courses I’m taking at college.
What other courses would you be doing?
What do you want to do with your a levels- a degree or career path or anything?
No point - no University degree requires or prefers A level Law. Even for a degree in Law, you dont need any specific A level subjects, even 3 STEM subjects would be okay.

And, taking on a totally pointless extra subject risks your all your other grades.
Remember, AAA will always look better than ABBB.

I’m currently studying history criminology and biology because I was previously leaning towards forensics as a degree but now have decided on a law degree as my final decision!

Criminology (as far as im aware) is not an a level, its a wjec level 3 certificate thingy. Check whether unis for law will accept this in place of a third a level. If not then taking a third a level would be a good idea to get into law but your grades will likely suffer if you take 4 subjects.

Thank you yes this is my problem. All the unis I am looking at does not accept the wjec in place of an a level which is the other main reason I’m looking at taking another a level so that I get enough UCAS points

That seems sensible then, is it possible to drop criminology if needed?
