Student Accommodation Takeover

Hi! I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease for 25/26. It is Copper Towers in Coventry City Centre. All Bills Included! It has its own kitchen, bathroom, and study space. The accommodation contains a laundry room, gym, and free breakfast. There is a dining area where along with a private dining room. It is only 5 minutes walk from the University of Coventry. Or 15 minutes by bus to Warwick University. 5 minutes walk to train station also. If you need any more information please let me know!
