Hello! Just received an assessment centre invite for Lidl's marketing graduate scheme. I was wondering if anyone has been to a Lidl AC before and has any tips? Thanks so much

Thank you for giving me a glimper of hope. But ngl was it just me or the interview was SO difficult. The questions were so hard and the time to prepare was so short. Even my waffling was so mehhh, I honestly think it was one of the most hardest interview ive done simply because of the questions and prep time. What did you think about it??

No worries! It was so hard!! When I received the AC invite I was shocked 😂
60 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to speak was rough. Was definitely the hardest video interview I’ve done! Keep me updated if you receive an invite!

I just randomly logged in to see my application and it says unsuccessful. They didn;t even email me, what a shame. Let me know how your assessment goes !! and gurrlll how did you answer the interview questions, please give me some tips !! thank you

Hey! The Assessment centre was amazing, but unfortunately did not get the role (absolutely gutted )
I am waiting to hear back from a different AC and have another AC soon! How are the applications going for you?

Aww that's a shame, wishing you the best for the others, what did the ac consist of? I've got my first ac on Thursday, nervous but excited, but other than that there's silence from everything else, ☹️

Thanks so much !! Its for Mondelez marketing internship, theres a group presentation, individual role play and competency interview at the end !! So grateful for any tips you have and would you know how the role play works, any possible scenarios they would have ? Thank you !!🙂
