warwick or edinburgh?

hi, i applied to warwick for politics, international studies and french & edinburgh for politics. which university do you think would be better?

with the flexibility of the scottish university system, edinburgh would enable me to take modules in french (i don't do it at a-level). additionally, i love edinburgh as a city whereas warwick (and the surrounding area) is less visually appealing and vibrant. that said, I'm wary of the student community at edinburgh, especially as a black working-class individual whilst warwick is much more diverse.

please let me know your thoughts

Hi heres my perspective as someone who knows the area.
1- the campus is gorgeous and massive and it’s really nice because it’s self contained. HOWEVER, it’s kind of far from where you would live, if you lived in town, and the buses aren’t amazing. One time no buses showed up at all lol.
2. Really close to Coventry, which is nice and has good transport links to other places but like it’s not Edinburgh.

Edinburgh - you will have much more fun there than being being stuck on a bleak concrete campus like Warwick.
