Enrolment at Coventry University

I recently got an unconditional offer at Coventry university for January 2025 intake . I have started to do my online enrolment. On course details it shows my course ends on the January 2026 and lm confused as the undergraduate l applied for is meant to be 3years . It’s also showing up as lm an exchange but l applied on ucas as a normal student. Should l be worried?

I suggest you contact the university directly as soon as possible to alert them to these discrepancies.

I have not receive any email from the university to complete my enrolment. I've tried to contact the university and also sent email, but I have receive any reply.

I hope you are doing okay, I can understand it can be very stressful. I would suggest you to try contacting them as it may take them a bit longer to get back to you due to several applicants. I’m having similar issues, I received an offer for 100% online MSc emergency management and resilience on 9th Jan 2025. Studies are due to commence on 20th January 2025. But the online enrolment ( Coventry University online) is showing some semesters in 2024. I called admissions and they couldn’t help saying I have no application but I have the offer letter and have accepted my place I just don’t want to pay £13500 if there’s an error! And I’m due to start in 1 week! I’m at a dead end!

Contact the Online Support Team: Since admissions couldn’t resolve this, directly contact the Coventry University Online Support Team via email or the portal. Explain the discrepancy and mention your offer letter.

3.

Urgency: Clearly mention that you are due to start in one week and need to resolve this issue to avoid paying the tuition fee unnecessarily. Request an official confirmation of your start date and enrollment details.
