Newcastle University Partners Scheme
Hello. I am wondering if anyone knows what dates the PARTNERS scheme will be running on this year, or which days it usually runs on, as I have only been given a vague idea of when it will be, and am planning my summer around it.

PASS 2025 will take place between Sunday 29 June and Wednesday 9 July 2025.Within this period, you will be required to spend 2.5 days on campus in Newcastle, and 2.5 days learning online (some of which may be live sessions). You cannot take advantage of a lower PARTNERS offer without fully attending this.

You apply for PARTNERS in year 13 (your final year of sixth form / college) in line with your UCAS application. The deadline is typically the same as the UCAS deadline too ☺️.
1.
We advise that you do your UCAS first - there will be further details box, pop a 'p' in here.
2.
Then, afterwards you can submit your PARTNERS application - this is a quick form you can find on or website when applications open again. Here, you can tick which eligibility criteria you meet and you leave a contact from your school (a teacher who will confirm you meet the criteria).
3.
The rest of the work is on our end! We will match your PARTNERS application with your UCAS application and get back to you with our offer.
