DSA requesting a Full diagnostic report
So I applied for DSA when making my financial application and got a response from DSA asking for a full diagnostic report and no other details on how to obtain this.
I’ve asked my uni but they’ve not been helpful.
Can anyone let me know what / how to get this report?

I would imagine you would have to ask whoever diagnosed you for it.
By Diagnostic Report I assume you have an SpLD like dyslexia? In which case, you would have been diagnosed through a series of tests, and have a copy of the diagnostic report. This is what your funding body needs to see in order to determine whether you qualify for the DSA.
