TMUA January 2025 - is MAT good for practise?

I've got the TMUA in two days and I am stressing as everyone who sat the October one said it was insanely hard. Ive done all the past papers, going over them twice as well. Someone commented in a tiktok I saw that MAT's mcq where very similar to the TMAU 2024. Can anyone verify? Or would anyone recommend I do those questions as well, i dont know how similar the spec is.

Sure mat mcq have some similarity with tmua 1 as its roughly the same syllabus (as maths and elementary maths) and people do use the other test to practice for their one.
