Leaving sixth form to do an apprenticeship

I was just wondering if anybody could give me their experience on leaving sixth form to do an apprenticeship. I’m not enjoying the A-Level process yet many of my peers deem me as academic (all 7s and above in GCSES) and are telling me that it’s difficult to get anywhere without A-Levels. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have considered going into the education sector but Im just unsure whether to go down this route as salaries can be quite low.

I think would enjoy being a primary school teacher, I’ve looked into a teaching assistant apprenticeship but I’m not quite sure where I can go with this afterwards.

I would recommend having a look at the entry requirements for primary education, there are no subject requirements, so I would advise doing something you enjoy and also try to get some work experience in a primary school (and maybe do some volunteering as well, if you want).
