how likely would i get an offer for university of manchester

I take IB and have a predictes HL grade 6,6,7 for maths physics and business with my total score being 38. How likely would it be to get an offer for electrical and eletronic course?

The standard offer = 36 points overall with 6,6,6 in Higher Level subjects, including 6 in Mathematics, 6 in Physics or Chemistry. There are no guarantees but I'd be surprised if you dint get an offer.
