20F w no dating experience

I've turned 20 recently and i still have never been in a serious relationship and its rlly starting to get to me lol (oh also im a girl)
I've been approached a couple times by guys and ig i do get attention occasionally but literally every guy i talk to seems to only be interested in hookups and casual relationships which i rlly dont want so nothing rlly sticks. or i get friendzoned by guys who actually treat me decently :P
I've also tried dating apps and it was pretty much the same experience. It seems like its rlly hard to find a guy who's actually interested in getting to know me and it kinda starts feeling personal like no guy takes me seriously almost? idrk how else to meet people especially as a uni student who's commuting this yr and i dont rlly have a close friend group at the moment.
idrk what to do i feel kinda stuck but i do wanna change my situation with being forever single lol, it kinda stings seeing my friends and ppl my age or younger being able to get into relationships so effortlessly too.
so ye ig this is kinda a vent post but i'd also like some advice on what to do... pls dont tell me "my time will come" i want actual advice i dont wanna be in this same situation at like 25 T-T
