Tremors

Ive developed serious tremors in my hands and legs and I can't do anything to stop them has anyone experienced similar and have any tips?
I'm really struggling with them, especially with sleep.

Have you spoken to your GP about your tremors yet? If not, then you should.

Yeah I've been seen by Dr's but now am waiting for a appointment at the end of the month and am really at a loss till then.

Did you read the article? Do any of the common causes it mentions (caffeine, alcohol, smoking, etc.) apply?

Its none of those causes, we know it is definitely something medical as I have had health issues in the past I'm just trying to find something I can do to help them without the Dr's.
Sleeping with severe tremors just doesn't work and I really need to sleep.
