Holgate Halls

Hi, I am considering signing a tenancy for Holgate Halls in York. I would like to ask if the place seems good for students. I did a viewing a couple and whilst it did look a little worn down it looks alright to live in for a at least a year. The rooms look large for their prices(178 pw with all bills included for large double and 188 with ). The building does look a bit worn down but is otherwise fine and it does seem that everyone keeps to themselves.
