Hello. I need to provide a P60 from the previous year, but I no longer work at that company. I contacted my former employer, but I still haven’t received a response. If I am unable to obtain it from them, what are my options? What other document can I provide? Thank you.

Can you confirm if you're the student or the sponsor supporting the application? Is this for the application for 24/25 academic year?

If you don't have one already, register online for a personal tax account on the HMRC website. You will be able to view and print your P60 from there:
https://www.gov.uk/paye-forms-p45-p60-p11d/p60

The email I received from Student Finance states that they do not accept information from a Personal Tax Account.

They issued but don’t have access to download from company portal anymore.
