UCL Media BA Portfolio Submission 2025 Intake Enquiry

I'm applying for the UCL Media BA for the 2025 intake. I applied for the 2024 intake last year with predicted grades, and my portfolio was accepted. I was given a conditional offer. However, my final IB grades were insufficient for the conditional offer, hence my offer was withdrawn.

This year, I am applying once more but with an increased final IB score which now does meet the condition of the course, and I am also applying with final IB grades instead of predicted grades.

The main question I want to ask is can I reuse parts of my old portfolio in my new one? I have new pieces I want to add, but I am worried if I simply can't use my old works. Also, the portfolio size shrunk from 12 works to now only 6 which means it may be easier to curate higher quality works for the submission, but also the conditions for the submission may have changed, hence I can't reuse the same works I used last year.

Moreover, the UCL Media BA Admissions Team has not responded to a single enquiry which I had emailed months prior. I sent followup emails, and to even the general Undergraduate admissions team as well, which were all ignored.

I believe that you can use. However, I am really confused about 6 items. So, I am making a portfolio which is a PDF format and nearly 8 9 pages with cover and etc. So, I got 3 different projects and 3 different process work that shows how do I think while creating. So it is 3+3=6 ? How is your approach for the portfolio mate, can you give me some tip?
