Hi,

As a student ambassador, I want to assure you that pursuing a law degree as a single mum of twins is a remarkable and inspiring decision, and many universities offer support systems to help students in your situation succeed. You could try to look into childcare options, flexible study schedules, and financial aid that may be available at your chosen university. Building a support network of friends, classmates, and university staff will also help you balance your responsibilities. Take things one step at a time, and don’t hesitate to ask for help when needed—my lecturer and a classmate of mine were in a similar boat and both achieved great results in turn so you've got this!

Best wishes,

Hello,

That is great to hear you want to pursue a law course, you are definitely in for a treat in exploring the fascinating world of law. It's normal to feel nervous and you can absolutely do this! You may even have more life experience than the majority of law students which can offer you a bit of an advantage.

I would recommend reading Letters to a Law Student, The Successful Law Student and Glanville Williams: Learning the Law to really help prepare you for the joys of law.

If you have any questions at all about absolutely anything please do let me know.

Anyone can make it with hard work.
Have you tried going to open days or a tour around uni? You could talk to some professors there.
Or are you looking for open uni?
