Leicester - DMU 2025/2026 tenancy takeover

Hi, I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for next year at Applegate Place. It's a less than 5 min walk to the uni. £163pw 44 week contract. It's a nicely sized studio with a really large window and nice view. Only downside is that there is no oven, but I use an airfryer and have no problems at all.
My reason for cancelling is just that I've decided to live with a friend next year instead.
