We'd recommend focusing on private sector accommodation. We have some information here - https://www.chester.ac.uk/student-life/accommodation/private-landlords/. Take a look at local letting agents such as Hoots, Chester Student Lets, Bed, Abbey Student Rentals. You can also filter within the RightMove app to show student accommodation.

I'm currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Student Roost Tramways for September. I have an en-suite silver room which is currently £172 per week as oppose to the website rate of £175 per week!
