Hi you do not need to pay the deposit. I have paid the deposit. Rent is paid in instalments with the first already being paid. You would be paying the second and third installment which I believe is £3125 (mid Jan)and £1300 (may)respectively.

Apologies I gave you the wrong numbers rent is paid up until the 22nd of January. But if you decided to go with this en suit you could move in before then as I’ve already moved my stuff out. The instalments are as follows
22nd Jan 2025: £3375.43
23rd April 2025: 1687.71

I will have to talk to the staff about how soon you can move in but once you start paying and takeover the lease will be entirely in your name. If you do want this ensuit, I give you my email address so that communication is easier

I am not subletting. the contract would be transferred to you and be under your name
