School have lost faith... potentially failing A-levels... advise please

My daughter is in Year 13. She's AuDHD and smashed GCSEs, but she's found 6th form & A-levels really challenging. Unfortunately, her fight / flight / freeze kicks in and she avoids lessons. This just means that she gets further behind.

As a result her school are not willing to predict grades because they've lost trust in her. This also means that she can't complete a UCAS form this year and it that she won't be in the system (so she couldn't go through clearing if she does better than expected).

Her school won't allow her to drop down into Y12 or stay on to do an extra Y14 after this one.

Basically, she's burned her bridges and after a horrible meeting at the school this evening it feels as though two years have been wasted. They've suggested the following options...

1. Finish the year, then go somewhere else to do the whole of sixth form again!! (Is that even possible? What about funding? Wouldn't that be weird that she'd be 2 years older than everyone else?)

2. Off-role now and try to get a place somewhere else, Maybe going back a year to Y12? Would that possible mid-year?

3. Leave now and do something completely different

The best situation in my mind would be that she finishes the year, sits the exams and does better than anyone thinks (including herself!). Then applies to uni's next year with her actual grades. However, if she's going to keep skipping lessons, that's not looking good.

In recent mocks she got C, E, E (maths, biology and psychology). School are worried that she may even go backwards if she continues to skip lessons. This is why they don't want to predict grades and do a UCAS application before this year's deadline at the end of the month.

Despite struggling, she chose to stay at this school for sixth form and she still wants to be there rather than anywhere else. It's heartbreaking to know that they no longer want her!!

Any advice? Ideas?

She wants to do maths and sports science combined at uni. Unfortunately, she won't get into anything/anywhere she wants with C E E.
