Social life, job prospects, interesting curriculum, if their are scholarships available, renting prices in the where university is based, Reputation and Ranking, teaching quality.

Very different Unis :
UCL- central London, very big Uni, has a reputation for big classes and ignoring undergrads in favour of research. London is expensive, big and many students can feel isolated.
Bath - smaller campus Uni with good reputation for student support and is a specialist STEM Uni, top sports facilities (the GB Olympic Team trains there),and Bath is an interesting historic city,

With some of the words you've used, "better" is already subjective. What's an interesting curriculum??
Check the course catalogue for both.
Both are expensive, but Bath less so.
Scholarships vary, without knowing your situation we can't advise - have a look on both websites.
Both rank well but again this is something for you to check, if you're looking at course/general rankings.
