degree apprenticeships

I am resitting two of my A-Levels this year, and I’ve managed to improve my grades significantly in my mocks, resulting in good predicted grades. I am now considering applying for some degree apprenticeships. However, I’m wondering if my application would be accepted, and if it is, whether I would need to list the qualifications I’m resitting on my CV twice—once under my old school and once under the exam centre where I’m resitting ,or just once under the exam centre.

I’m aware that PwC’s degree apprenticeship on UCAS doesn’t accept resits, but I’d appreciate it if anyone could provide information on companies that do accept resits, if any.
