I see one result from yesterday: https://www.thegradcafe.com/result/976045. some people were accepted two days ago, so maybe they don't send them all in one batch this year.

high first class from LSE/UCL/Warwick. Academic reward for a research competition. RA experience. Will be interning at an economic consulting firm this summer.

I don't think my application for this program was strong. I rushed my personal statement (was only 600 words, when they recommend 800-1000) and I didn't have a good piece of work to submit that was under 1500 words so I had to submit an essay that got a 2:1.

Does anyone know what the typical conditional offer is for this program? Is it a first class in final year like Cambridge and LSE or is it just a first class overall?

Did you get an offer? If yes, when and what did you apply for? For the conditions, I have no idea but from what I've observed from the Cambridge thread, some people get ~80% final year conditions, some others get the standard 70%

I have not got an offer from Oxford. I applied on the deadline.

I have got an offer from Cambridge for the MPhil Economics. Also applied on the deadline. 70% overall and 70% in final year. This is usually for students from LSE, UCL, Warwick or Oxbridge. For other UK universities sometimes the offer is 75%+ in final year and overall, from what I can tell.

I thought Oxford sometimes give offers with no condition on final year scores. So just a requirement to get a 70% overall.

On the other hand, there's only been like 3-4 entries this year on Gradcafe, while last years it was about 10; so they may still send out some additional ones

I really hope so. I sent a mail and got an automated reply that if you applied by the jan deadline, you'd hear back by 24th march
