I'm looking for a tenant to take over at the edge of the city centre, about 5mins walk to DMU or 15/20mins to UoL
It's quiet - no traffic noise or parties etc - really spacious, modern kitchen and bathroom in it, washer and dryer, brand new sofa and professional office chair. All Wi-Fi and water bills are included, only electricity to pay! £165 per week
