how can I catch up?

Hi :3, I'm in year 12. I recently missed about 1 month and a half of school due to me being hospitalised. I've just started to do full days at school, I wanna be caught up before march (exams). How do I catch up and not overwhelm myself? For reference I do, economics, politics and English literature.

Hello!! Hope you are feeling better.
First of all, focus on the things you are currently learning at school and ask the teacher on what you have missed - e.g. any homeworks, notes or powerpoints you need to catch up on. At home, you should catch up and do a little at a time. My best advice would be to make a revision schedule so that you don't overwhelm yourself. You can also go online e.g. Youtube if you have particular areas which are weak or don't understand.
Hope that helps!!

not sure what exam board u do for y12 but i would really recommend the hodder education my revision notes revision guides (they do both aqa and edexcel i think) but i'd also say definitely pace yourself. ask friends in classes for the topics covered so you can focus your catch up sessions on that, also ask teachers what topics are most likely to come up in your march exams!
