Is Christ Church really that bad?

I have heard a lot of negative things about the college from various sources. I was initially impressed because of its prime ministerial record, architecture, etc., but it seems the only things any Oxford student has to say about Christ Church is that the buildings are nice and the college has a bad reputation for Bullingdon-esque activities. Is this really true or is it an exaggeration/no longer the case?

No, it's not that bad, it's an exaggeration. There are lots of these rumours - some people are obnoxious, but many are just nice, normal people (who don't interact with the obnoxious clique, as they're off doing God-knows-what somewhere). A lot of colleges have reputations (Cambridge has its own equivalent), and they're basically just stereotypes.
