Will my school notify the sixth form I'm applying to about my behaviour

I'm applying for a sixth form and I had to enter my predicted grades. I'm predicted almost all 9s with a few exceptions. The sixth form will contact my head of year to confirm my predicted grades which is fine. The issue is that I've gotten into trouble a few times with the head of year as I have done some... umm... rather questionable stuff (e.g. some year 9 kept on pushing me around and calling me a ****** so I smeared food all over his shirt). As a result my reputation with the head of year is quite bad. When the sixth form contacts my head of year to confirm my predicted grades, will they also ask about my behaviour? If they don't ask, do head of years tend to just pass such information on regardless?

They might ask for a reference, yes, and what information they pass on depends on what you are in general / what teachers say in reports etc, and probably won't be too negative unless you've done something really bad / are a repeat offender.
