i did horrible in my mocks, will i get moved down to foundation? (yr11)

hey
rn im in higher tier for all sciences (somehow) and i was really ill while doing all my science mocks in december, so i couldnt even revise that much and had to just push through, now im starting to get feedback and the marks on each exam before a mini results day on the 20th of jan. ive gotten my mark for bio and chem so far but not physics. bio- 42/98and chem- 44/99. (grade boundaries currently not out yet). im really worried because in normal topic tests i usually get 6's and 7's in bio and chem and i really dont want to get dropped to foundation tier and have my grade capped at a 5 in the end, what should i do?

If you havent already, speak to your teacher and explain the situation as above.
They should understand that this is a one-off scenario and unlikely to reoccur.
