psychology personal statement

My parents were against me going to the uk, hence my ucas was dead up until now when they gave me the green light. Which is stressful cuz I have mocks soon + I dont have a personal statement. I do need help with experienced people who wrote theirs already to see whether what i included is relevant and MAKES SENSE. just fyi i am applying to med here at home in Switzerland, they dont ask for any personal essay, hence i have very minimal psychological experiences. What i do have, is a trip with class done to Thailand for sustainability, as we planted trees, helped reconstructs houses, teach children English and interact with people in general. I also finished 7 years of Russian music school along with 9 years of Russian general education simultaneously with GCSES. Perhaps i can link these tp being dedicated and committed.... I moved 5 times in my life, started 4 schools from scratch each time (not from y1 but from new surroundings and people) and grew to be independent. If i can incorporate a book, i can easily do that but idk which one will work very nicely... Im open for criticism, please be understanding... I do know my position right now is very weak, but I'm trying my very best to make everything work out!!

I also do equine sports for the past 14 years, but I don't know if it's relevant...

PS I have unifrog from school, it provides online courses for psychology. Do you think this would be applicable??

Thank you

Answer these questions. 4 short paragraphs:

Why do you want to study psychology?
Tell me about a specific topic or piece of work you’ve done linked to psychology in your current studies (include details - what did you like, what did you find difficult)?
Tell me about something you’ve done outside your studies to find out more about a specific topic or case study linked to psychology?
Tell me some details about a specific topic or subject you are looking forward to studying in more detail as part of your psychology degree?

If you can listen to a podcast to do with something within Psychology- you could listen to it while revising for mocks maybe or doing homework as the universities not only want to see what you're like outside of academics but also what you have done to develop your interest in psychology. However, that being said, the early consideration deadline for ucas is the 29th of January (that's the date your application should be sent in by so you can guarantee the universities you apply to will at least look at your application) so I don't know if you have much time left to apply.
