Do I include NEA as a module on UCAS?

I'm currently resitting my A-levels and filling out my UCAS form again. Should I include my NEA for computer science as a module under the subject?

Unis are not bothered about module marks. They are are only interested in your overall grades.
Mention the NEA in your PS, but only if its relevant to the degree subject you are applying for.

Well, I did achieve 62/70 on the NEA, which is around an A/A* but I'm not sure whether to include this.

What did you actually do for it? That's what is potentially relevant to discuss, not the grade you got.

Yes. It was a mandatory part of my final grade, making up for 20% of it. It was for computer science.

A coding project and also had to present documentation explaining it. It was for computer science.

yep

then as above you can talk about it in your PS (the specifics and details of the project - not the grades) but there's no need to list it as a module in the education section.
If you want universities to know the results then ask your referee to mention it within your reference
