Port on the square - nightmare, where do we stand if we signed contract for a room that isn’t ready and will not be before July ‘25 (end of contract) they are trying to charge me only £10 less for the room they put me in which is actually £40 cheaper on their website, we have also had no gym, no internet, builders on site all the time and just general disregard to the students well being, the property manager is ignoring everyone’s emails calls etc… what can I do?

Didn't you ever request to terminate the contract?

You can send an email to end the contract at anytime and save the rent for the days you don't need.
