Can I switch placements after accepting?

So I'm currently (trying to) apply to the same course for two different colleges

I got an offer from one of the colleges that I can go if my grades are good enough. If i accept this offer am I stuck staying with it? Or if the other college accepted me could I go there?

In short, you are not stuck with the first offer. If the second college accepts you, you can choose to accept their offer instead when the time comes. However, remember that you can only confirm one offer in the end.

It's unlikely OP is applying through UCAS
They might not even be applying for a degree course.
