I’d suggest phrasing it as a question as it makes it more obvious to examiners that you’ve come to a conclusion and met your aims and objectives. Also maybe narrow it down a bit (but not sure what stage of your EPQ journey you are so this bit may not be necessary yet). Bearing in mind that I know nothing about the topic, maybe something like: Has the war in Ukraine had a more positive or negative economic impact on the UK?
