Can I switch from BTEC Forensics to A-level physics?

Hi.

I am currently about 5 months into my first year of BTEC forensics and I 100% hate it and don't recommend. It's a miserable course and the teachers are infuriating. Is it in anyway possible for me to switch to A level physics? I am aware it's late into the academic year but I'd prefer physics to this.

Any advice would be amazing

just ask your teachers. check with your schools head of physics / science / your form tutor if you have one. tell them youll teach yourself all the content you need and if you can prove you're capable of joining months late. my A level physics course started fairly slowly and there was a lot of overlap with gcse triple and a level maths mechanics so i dont think it's impossible its just whether or not you can take on the extra workload for the next few months teaching yourself all the old stuff and keeping up with the current material (if your school lets you switch at all idk just ask)
