Coventry university CAS

Hi I have to start course in January 2025 and haven't received the CAS yet , neither am I getting connected over call and also there is no response of email.
Kindly suggest as there were few queries and though I replied over email, how can I contact university to understand the clarification and document provided is sufficient to issue the CAS

I request you to put an refund request the university is the worst university they do give offer letters to all those people applied and shown some partiality between the cas shield interview and face to face,I have taken through the cas but they didn't even replied me well what was reason behind not issuing.#worst college ignore it
I lost almost 1L+
