Hi, I have an interview for pharmacy at Robert Gordon University on Wednesday 15/01/25. Was just wanting to see if anyone else had an interview either same day or needed help with scenarios!

All I know is that they argue the opposite of what we say and see our reasoning.

Yes! It went really well in my opinion - as in I was spot on (they ask about just the scenarios and how xx% disagreed, can you explain their reasoning) they want you to be open minded and see both sides as there are “no right answers”. I think I did great as it felt like a conversation rather than an interview. If you want any advice dm me . Limited on what I can freely say.

Went really well! Felt like a discussion about the scenarios rather than an interview. I didn’t prep for anything.

Aw that’s amazing! I haven’t done my scenarios yet as I’ve just received them, but do they ask about why u want to study at rgu etc. I’m planning on submitting them tomorrow.

They didn’t ask any of that - I mean only 2 unis in Scotland do pharmacy after all. It’s because there is a lot of applicants / the course is over subscribed, so the interviews is just about the scenarios. Nothing else, which made it really simple!

So everyone joins the meeting at 1pm (when my interview was) there was 71ppl including staff. They then did the interviews in groups alphabetically by your first name. I was group B. It’s 1 to 1. They ask for your name, any identification (I used driving license) and student reference number. Then it’s just the scenarios. They want to see if you can understand both sides of the argument
