Healthcare science at UCLAN…

I want to study biomedical sciences at university (preferably somewhere nearby) and UClan seems like the best option however on their website they stated that you’ll have the opportunity to take the Healthcare Science route after Year 1, which includes placements, and I just wanted to know if you have to pay extra to take this route.

Thank you for your patience. I can confirm that the placement doesn't cost anymore. Students will need to do an internal course change to Year 2 of Healthcare Science once they've completed Year 1 of Biomedical Science. This wouldn't require pay an additional application fee to UCAS.
