Hertford college clubs and societies
I have just been accepted to study law at Hertford college and I can’t wait. I was wondering what kinds of clubs and societies the college offers or if there are any university wide ones?

Congratulations- I got rejected by Hertford for Law but I was just wondering how your interviews went for you back in December?

I’m sorry to hear that
. I thought it was so hard to tell they give nothing away but luckily they gave me some reading to do on a law I’d already studied for A-level so I was pretty confident with it. I’m travelling at the moment and I had a nightmare with getting to the interview though and I was late to my first one 😬Reply 3

That happened to me with my second interview- they gave me pre-reading which I had looked at briefly in Politics at school so it helped me understand it better.

I've got an engineering offer from Hertford. Apparently their music societies are good. Looking forward to finding out about the rest

There are dozens of college societies and university societies covering a wide range of activities. There is a freshers fair in noughth week of your first term. Oxford full terms run from first week to eighth week but freshers arrive a week early.
