does A2B give high consideration with admission tutors

I'm not sure what you mean by "high consideration". As explained here, "Once you complete A2B, you will receive two offers from the University of Birmingham, the standard offer and a Pathways to Birmingham offer. The Pathways to Birmingham offer is typically a reduction of up to two A level grades (e.g. BBB rather than AAB)."

So that is the "consideration" - you receive a lower entry requirement. Note, by the way, that a Pathways to Birmingham offer is subject to you selecting Birmingham as your firm choice.

I mean if your scores are lower for grades, ucat etc, the scheme is to help disadvantaged students so would they consider your application more when you’re in this scheme?

Well, first, are you sure that that they lower the UCAT requirement? They might, but that don't mention that on their Access to Birmingham page, or in the "Offer information for Medicine and Dentistry applicants" section of their Benefits of completing a Pathways to Birmingham programme.

I'm still not sure what you mean by "consider your application more". Are you asking whether you're application would have a high priority, when compared with a standard application? I see no evidence of that. If you're an A2B applicant you'll be expected to meet the A2B grade requirements; if you're a standard applicant you'll be asked to meet the standard requirements. Two applicants who have (predicted) grades which exactly meet the respective requirements (A2B or standard) are just as likely as each other to receive an offer.

Given the reference to UCAT, I assume you'd be applying to Medicine or Dentistry. Given that those deadlines have passed for 2025 entry, I assume you're asking about 2026 entry?
