Oxford MSc Social Data Science Re-Evaluation from November to January Deadline

Hi! I applied to Oxford's MSc in Social Data Science under the November deadline, but recently found out that my application was put under re-evaluation and will now be considered as part of the January cohort. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Also, has the re-evaluation part happened to anyone (in any program) and they later got accepted? Or should I take this as most likely a deferred denial? Any advice appreciated
