According to this: https://www.bda.uk.com/about-dietetics/what-is-dietitian.html

"The minimum requirement is a BSc Hons in Dietetics, or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics."

Based on the fact that the OU isn't on the list of Unis here: https://www.bda.uk.com/about-dietetics/how-become-a-dietitian/where-to-study-dietetics.html

I would assume that the route you would want to take if you are going the OU route for this would be the biomedical undergrad with the OU - where you will then have to go on to do a postgraduates degree in dietics itself - potentially this one reads as though it is quite flexible with undergrads: https://www.qmu.ac.uk/study-here/postgraduate-study/2025/msc-dietetics-pre-registration

I wouldn't take my word for it - I would firstly look at the provided links in this post, reach out to the OU or potential other unis you are interested in and then consider what your options are.

I could be entirely wrong here, but it seems as though you would be best off looking at other institutions where dietics are a focus.
