What Uni should I pick from list to study Economics at University

Hi Everyone, This question is question is rather generic, but also a little bit complicated, Its also split into two parts, so I was wondering if Anyone can help with my enquiry.

I recently received all 5 of my Offers from universities to go and study Economics/Economics and Politics /Economics and Finance. However In general these are Non Russel Group Universities: City Uni of London, University of Kent, University of Leicester, Aston Birmingham and University surrey. I have been ambitious to go to a Russel group uni, however due to not picking A Level Maths and getting poor A Level Predicted of BCE and a B in EPQ, has limited me majorly.

A) University of Surrey has given me a foundation year in Economics and Finance and I was wondering if anyone has been in a position where they have done a foundation course in economics and has gotten transferred to a better university.

B) This is part is just for some feedback, However I wanted to know, what the best uni would be from my list to go and study Economic courses, in general and employability, as I have to pick my firm and insurance choices

I would appreciate any replies. Thank you!
Do not do the foundation year, you can still transfer after the first year to a better uni (as long as the degree curriculum is similar enough + make sure you are getting top grades in the first year). Not every uni accepts transfers though, but the majority does. If you're 100% sure you will transfer after the first year, then pick the uni you liked the most and/or the most convenient for you.

Hello, really appreciate the reply back. If it's not to much of an inconvenience to you, may I ask why the foundation year will bad option (beside from it making university a year longer) Thank you!

For most people its an unnecessary waste of time and money, it doesn't help you that much. In my opinion is just predatory tactic some universities do to gain more money from people who did not do that well prior to university. If you really want to go to Surrey, have a lighter year (academically wise) to work a lot and live with your parent to save money, then perhaps its worth. I wouldn't do it, and a friend of mine who did regret it.
