Sociology help!

I’m in year 13 atm and i take all content heavy subjects (sociology, psychology, english lang, epq) I’m finding it really hard to remember everything, especially sociology.
Does anyone have any tips or notes?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you xx

It depends what type of learner you are - websites such as https://www.simplypsychology.org/ are great for providing key points for theorists, summaries, and images to help you remember them.

For Sociology, I used to record a summary of key concepts such as Functionalism, Marxism, Feminism, Interactionism, and also research methods and play it over and over again whilst out jogging - when you know the mechanics of a subject well you can apply them to all subject areas
