Hey! When I mailed them around few months ago, they took around 2 weeks to answer to me. Either they are 'too busy' as they say, or they are *really* under-staffed. Wish you luck tho!

Understood, we know its extremely frustrating waiting for Admissions teams to reply to you, particularly if you are anxious for an answer and we apologise for any stress this may cause ☹️ . Please just bear with us. As has been said we get a humongous number of queries and we do try to work our way through as fast as we can. We also just want to make sure that we can come back to you with the most accurate information possible which may also take time to find.

It'll take them weeks or even months - they just sit on emails and don't bother answering them. If you want a quick answer, phone them.
(They are not under-staffed - just badly organised)

Again, we do apologise for the wait. Indeed I think the best way to get an answer to your question is to phone us, and that really goes for any uni admissions team.
However, the reason we sometimes take a while to answer emails is absolutely not because we can't be bothered! Our admissions team gets upwards of 300 emails a day and because we like to be as thorough as we can and find the right information for you this can take a lot of time, especially with the already high staff workload. We know its no fun waiting on emails and so we do our best to get back to you as soon as we logistically can. Usually yes its within 10 working days.
