I’m kinda stuckkk

Hi everyone!
I’m applying for business and management studies for September 25. My offers are-
University of Kent (Canterbury)
University of Westminster (regent street)
University of London south bank (?)
University of kingston (?)
University of the creative arts (Surrey)

I know it’s so broad to just ask which ones the best so instead, could anyone tell me what the demographics of these unis are, If they have parking, what course has a good reputation. Things of that nature.
I’m mostly interested in Kent and Westminster because of word of mouth but I’m still trying to decide.
Does anyone have any tips or pointers? If so thank you soooo much you guys are helping me tonnes.

Hi @shanicep27

Great to hear that you are applying for Kingston!

A great place to go for business management as Kingston business school has a good reputation and a lot of recognition such as the Business Accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The business school is based at the Kingston Hill campus which is a lovely campus based just a 10 minute bus journey from the centre of Kingston which you can get for free by using the university bus. This campus also has parking that you can get for free with a permit.
I will leave a link to a post I have done that has more information about the four campuses An Overview of Kingston's Four Campuses
Here is a link to the course web page Business Management BSc (Hons) - Undergraduate degree course

Kingston itself is just 30 minutes outside of central London and so I find it is the best of both worlds, you still get to enjoy everything going on in central London but it is not as overwhelming and busy in Kingston, there is a great student community.

Have you been to an open day? I think this is the best way to get a feel of what it is like to study and live in Kingston as well as meeting lectures and students.
There is more information about our upcoming open days here Open Days and events - Kingston University London
It would be great to do this for as many universities as possible as you learn a lot from each visit.

If you have any questions feel free to ask

Good afternoon @shanicep27

I am a International Business student and have personal experience with modules around Business and Management as well as being involved in Kent Business School. I would be happy to answer your queries.

When it comes to matters of parking, the University is fantastic with parking spaces and you can get a permit for campus. Additionally, any teacher dedicated parking areas can be used after 5pm on the campus.

Kent Business School has a fantastic reputation when it comes to providing students with opportunity. Students of the school are able to be taught by world class educators who can provide valuable career advice and perhaps even point you in the right direction.

KBS also offers something called ASPIRE which is used to help young entrepreneurs with getting a business idea of the ground and teaching students on how they can gain investment for their company and even compete with others for a £1000 cash prize.

I hope this helps you, I have attached the course below for you!

Hi,
I hope you are well!😊
It's great to see that you are interested in studying here at Kent!

Just to add on from Brandon, although I'm not sure on demographic statistics, Kent is a very welcoming university which celebrates diversity, so I'm sure that with all of the Societies and courses on offer, you will find lots of people with similar interests, and make friends for life like I have😊

For all things Business, Brandon is a current student, so is your guy for any queries!😊
But just a few things about Business and Management at Kent:

Kent Business School is accredited by AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS.

Kent was top 20 in the UK for Business and Management (The Guardian University Guide 2025).

Kent also provides exciting opportunities for students too, including ASPIRE, as Brandon has mentioned! You can find out more about ASPIRE here.

I hope this helps! Do let us know if you have any questions!
We'd love to welcome you to our upcoming open days if you didn't manage to visit the campus today😊

Best wishes with your applications, and we hope to welcome you to Kent in the future!😊

Best wishes,
Josie and Brandon

It's funny you should mention ASPIRE! A few minutes ago, I was reading about their Business Start-up Journey launch!
