House viewing showing up early.
Hello, i am a student living in a student house provided by the company "student haus." today we had a house viewing scheduled for 16:30. This was okay as it was told in advance. However we were surprised when the letting agent and potential tennants showed up 40 minutes earlier. This was very stressful for us all. There has also been multiple occasions where viewings have been scheduled less than 24 hours in advance. I was wondering what we can do about this and how we can get help sorting this behaviour out.

Politely decline to let the viewers in until the time agreed. Inform the landlord that you require at least 24 hours notice of viewings and will only permit viewings at agreed times.
