yk how ppl do GYGs, well I'm gonna grow or improve my health.
I'm finding it rly difficult to wake up early
I love mornings they're so peaceful I'm most productive it gives me time to meditate, reflect and makes the whole day better.

every day I'm going to update with what time I woke up and slept and hopefully ill see the pattern shift.

I'm posting it here because it keeps me accountable. Otherwise journalling or whatever doesn't really work in this scenario.

My final aim= consistently wake up 5am and earlier. And 7h 45min sleep each night

Last night= slept 11 woke up at 6:15. Okay, getting better at waking up when alarm goes off. Coukdve slept earlier but got distracted by reading some comic tbf
