EPQ tips and advice plz

hey guys,
Im currently doing research for my epq and im struggling with vary the types of research I have. I have like a whole section that is basically just info from articles (about something technical (my epq is about algorithms)). I think I can vary the research for stuff like looking at ethical, socio-economic stuff etc, but for explaining the technical side and how things work, the only way to get good concise info is from a bunch of articles on a website called medium, and then the only other option is watching a 1 hour uni lecture where I wont understand anything. Is it ok to have a section (maybe around 30% of the dissertation) where the info is mainly from articles?
Also if you have any other tips or advice plz feel free to share

thanks

That's fine as long as you cite it and they're somewhat varied.

Hi! I'm just finishing my EPQ atm. I think for the dissertation it is good to have a variety of source types, as this was something I feel I did not do well at all. I mainly ended up citing info from science journal articles which was helpful and gave me loads of great knowledge, but didn't really demonstrate varied and wide ranging research techniques. I would say that as long as you have a healthy mix of different source types that is fine. For variety you could try contacting academics in that area and seeing if anyone will let you interview them? If not then you can always be critical of your methods in the evaluation.
