CAS stuck at 61%. The university of Sunderland

I don't know what next. I paid fees on 19th Dec last year and I it was late. We finalized CAS submission on 22 and I thought the school would quicky process my CAS. I suppose the agent lied or the school just cares less after paying deposit.
If I am late, can I transfer to the London campus or city campus which has enrollment deadline on 3rd Feb. How can I get my CAS processed quickly?
Hello Dankorir,
I totally get how stressful this must be—it sounds like a frustrating situation.
If your CAS is stuck at 61%, it might be worth emailing or calling the admissions or international team at Sunderland directly instead of relying on your agent. Sometimes agents can slow things down, even something similar happened to me as well when I was in process with Coventry university but then I contacted Coventry University and it was all sorted in a very less time frame.. Be polite but firm when asking for an update, and mention your payment date and CAS submission to show that you’ve done your part.
Transferring to another campus could be an option if their enrollment deadline gives you enough time, but you’d need to check with the university if they allow it. Be sure to explain your situation and ask if transferring might speed up the CAS process.
Hope this helps a bit—fingers crossed they sort it out for you quickly! Let us know how it goes!

Thanks & Regards

hii, I have a similar situation where I paid on October for jan intake, received my offer letter. but cas is stuck at 61%. uni is saying the documents are under faculty approval. is there anything I can do to fasten to process? i don't want to delay for the next intake.

Hi there

I hope you are doing okay. I understand it must be really stressing. Due to several number of applications it might take a while for them to respond. You can try contacting CAS Team through the chat function on CAS Shield, or The International Enquiry Team on 024 7765 2152 or the Live Chat https://www.coventry.ac.uk/livechat/

Hope this helps

following this up with a reply: it says my application is under faculty approval. they gave me the offer letter after getting the approval. so I need to know why is it going through the same procedure again (and delaying the cas)
